This is the smallest wine farm in the Riebeek Valley with nine hectares under vines generating less than 8000 bottles per year.

The farm prides itself in producing high quality wines from two red grape cultivars, Shiraz and Merlot. A strict crop management schedule is maintained throughout the growing season thus enabling the potential for rich and concentrated wines.

Terroir: a combination of shale and clay soils mostly on north-easterly facing slopes.

Yield: three to four tons per hectare.

Wine-making process: grapes are hand-picked and refrigerated for 24 hours at 2^oC, stalks are removed without crushing and then left to ferment naturally, wine is eventually transferred to oak barrels to mature for eighteen months.
